Our clients complained many times that Cryptologic Inc. answers the telephone in Russian language in their Toronto office. Toronto in Canada, not in Russia, just in case you may think it's a Russian province.
We called many times Cryptologic Inc. to complain about various issues, and to verify if they did answer in Russian, and most of the times, we got directed to a person that answered the telephone in Russian. We had to terminate the conversation because we could not understand what the person was saying in Russian, or extremely poor English, and the person that answered the telephone couldn't understand us either.
These Russians are also extremely arrogant and rude and they get angry when you don't understand them when they speak Russian.
Just imagine when players call them to complain about their rigged games and junk software and one of these Russians picks up the phone. You can kiss goodbye to your client because they are lost for ever.
